Classic Murray's Pomade, now benefitting a worthy cause!
Since 1925, Murray's has been committed to providing a quality product at a fair price. We're still committed to that, but we have a new commitment: to help by giving back to the community.
Whether you love him or hate him, electing Obama as our 44th president was a huge vote for change. But we've been casting votes for change for years and looking around, it is clear that additional votes are needed to keep us moving in the right direction.
These days we are all working harder to stay afloat and that is even truer in the non-profit community where giving has pretty much dropped off.
We've got a new concept to help to address the gap: We'll create limited edition collectible tin, sell 'em at a small premium and give the difference to a worthy cause.
We wouldn't presume to decide which cause deserves your hard earned dollar, we'll let you decide! Please, cast your vote for change, pick up some pomade if you want, and help us to help others.
To kick off the effort and to celebrate the Obama presidency (and the uncanny resemblance to our standard art), Herman de Jongh, Art Director at creative agency Imagine in the Netherlands, contributed the design of our first Murray's4Change product, the Murray's For Obama collectible line.
Keep on sharing by submitting photos of your pomade-inspired 'do, pix of your old-school pomade collectibles or a shot of your medicine cabinet where you stash your Murray's. Pix are welcome here or on our Facebook fan page, where the whole campaign continues.
